Working Principle Structure

This integral reaming drill bit features a dual functional design consisting of a front drilling section and a rear reaming section. The drilling end is equipped with multi flute cutting edges for rapid pilot hole drilling. Each flute surface is designed with a precision inclined relief structure to form independent reaming cutting edges.


With this structural design, the bit can complete pilot drilling and one time hole reaming enlargement, realizing integrated drilling reaming operation and greatly simplifying construction procedures.
